Provided below is important contact information to reach our Property Management Offices. For basic requests, like viewing your account statement, paying online, or getting a copy of your lease, you can access these with ease by logging into your Residential Portal. Redwood Property is committed to responding in a timely manner. For this to happen, you must call the correct number. Please allow us up to 48 hours to return your call. Calls are returned based on the urgency of the request. All Maintenance requests must be initiated by requesting a work order from your Online Residential Portal. Failure to request this on the portal first can result in extensive delays. Thank you and we appreciate your cooperation.
