We are looking for long-term residents who value and enjoy a well-maintained and tidy space for their home.

In addition to convenient amenities, we also offer the option to pay rent in your own terms, using a 3rd-party app called Flex. With this program, you can pay the first half of your rent on the first of the month, and pay the second half of your rent any time before the end of the month.
